  • Description of key rights of data subjects (access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, right to data portability, etc.) and obligations of controllers in this regard.

  • Module VI: Data security and breach reporting
  • Discussion of technical and organizational security requirements, data breach reporting. Duration: 30 minutes
  • Module VII - International data transfer
  • Review of rules for transferring data outside the EEA, adequacy decisions, safeguards mechanisms (e.g. SCC, BCR). Duration: 30 minutes
  • Module VIII - Supervision and enforcement
  • The role and powers of supervisory authorities, the tasks of the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) and the consequences of non-compliance. Duration: 30 minutes
  • Module IX - Application of regulations in practice (Compliance)
  • Practical application of RODO in the context of employment, marketing, outsourcing and technology. Duration: 45 minutes
  • Module X - Practical exercises - solving tests
  • Solving sample exam questions with discussion of answers. Duration: 2 hours
