When is a project manager not responsible for the project?
When can a leader become an ordinary member of the project team? And without consequences?
The answer is simple: when they participate in the Royal Garden simulation.
On February 21 in Krakow, participants took on different roles than those they perform on a daily basis.
The result? Certainly an interesting experience, direct observation of how important everyone’s task is to them, getting immersed in operational work and participating in a self-organizing team.

Workshop Description
The “Royal Garden” workshop is a unique, engaging experience based on the dynamics of role-playing games. Participants are transported to the era of Versailles, to the court of the famous Sun King – Louis XIV, where they assume the role of task experts with a mission to create a unique garden, unmatched in history.

The titular “Royal Garden” refers to the garden of King Louis XIV, considered one of the greatest works of garden art. Taking on various roles, such as gardener or landscape designer, participants manage information in a distributed environment, which reflects real business conditions.
