  • Golds or dollars - an exercise in smaller groups based on the mathematics of chaos and a non-zero sum game - the role of Trust in a team (including distributed teams)
  • 5 factors of effective teamwork - R. Lencioni's pyramid
  • The matrix of have/have not; want/don't want - a map of the current situation in the organization as a prelude to the implementation task
  • Implementation Task Create a matrix of SST - Start - Stop - Continue and an individual implementation plan for the written actions.
