A training course dedicated to managers, focused on the development of effective team management skills through a deep understanding of team roles. The workshop program is based on the practical application of the concept of team roles in everyday managerial work. Participants will learn and practice a variety of management techniques tailored to the specifics of each role assumed by employees in a team. The workshop is conducted with practical exercises that allow immediate application of the knowledge gained.
