Emotional intelligence is the ability to adapt one's own emotions to a given situation and to assess the emotional states of others and respond appropriately to them. Often referred to as intuition, or business sense, emotional intelligence allows you to effectively find your way in the world of complex interpersonal relationships, both in the professional and private worlds. The Emotional Intelligence - Controlling Emotions in Business training uses **an innovative**coaching structure of the workshop based on three parts: cognition-selection-action, which provides the deepest level of training conclusions. The cognition part provides insight into one's own behavior, its sources and mechanisms of origin. The choice stage is a discussion of action alternatives and their effects in business and private environments on a best-practice basis. The culmination is the action component, during which participants will be able to select methods and styles of action that are appropriate to their needs, environment and guarantee self-control even in the most difficult situations.
