Day 1: Team dynamics, roles and communication
- Group process dynamics — team development phases (Tuckman: forming, storming, norming, performing), stage diagnosis
- Belbin team roles — 9 roles (coordinator, shaper, plant, monitor evaluator, etc.), self-assessment, complementarity
- Interpersonal communication — communication styles, adapting to the recipient, communication barriers
- Active listening and assertiveness — paraphrasing, clarification techniques, assertive expression of needs
- Team feedback — FUKO model (Facts, Feelings, Consequences, Expectations), positive and corrective feedback
- Workshops: Belbin role self-assessment and FUKO feedback practice in pairs
Day 2: Conflicts, engagement and integration
- Conflict resolution — sources of team conflicts, Thomas-Kilmann model (5 strategies), escalation and de-escalation
- Team mediation — the leader's role as mediator, mediation techniques, neutrality, seeking WIN-WIN solutions
- Emotion management — emotional intelligence in teams, emotion regulation under stress, empathy at work
- Building engagement — intrinsic motivation (autonomy, mastery, purpose), team rituals, psychological safety
- Integration in practice — integration exercises, shared experiences, building trust, team canvas
- Workshops: team conflict simulation with mediation and developing a team canvas for your team
