Flow4Results Foundation simulation game workshop
Flow4Results Foundation is a hands-on, full-day workshop with a project simulation game that combines teamwork on a board, short presentations of good project management practices, and a moderated exchange of participants' experiences. Participants work in teams of four, experiencing work in a project environment close to reality. Through successive rounds of simulations, they learn the principles, metrics and practices of effective work and project management, inspired by the Flow Management approach and the Kanban method. The goal of the workshop is to show how, by applying clear principles and improvements, to increase the efficiency and predictability of delivering results, improve team collaboration and satisfaction, and achieve better business and project results.
