Investigators — simulation game program

  • Briefing and motivational speech — introduction to the crime storyline, division into agencies, role assignment, game rules and inter-agency rivalry
  • Information gathering phase — each agency receives puzzle fragments, collects evidence, analyzes leads, builds investigative hypotheses
  • Negotiation and exchange phase — agencies negotiate information exchange under rivalry conditions, build coalitions, decide whom to trust
  • Solving the mystery phase — teams connect evidence, verify hypotheses, make decisions under time pressure, present solutions
  • Group process observation — the trainer continuously monitors communication dynamics, leadership, decision-making and conflicts
  • Debriefing and transfer — detailed discussion of group processes with concrete examples from the game, transferring insights to organizational reality
