Master Chef

Master Chef training game — creative restaurant project
- Introduction to the game — rules, team formation, briefing: design the most innovative restaurant in Poland
- Concept phase — creating the restaurant vision, defining the USP, planning the menu and culinary concept
- Planning phase — space design, role and task distribution within the team, schedule, budget, task prioritization
- Execution phase — preparing presentation materials, coordinating teamwork, time management
- Presentation and launch event — presenting the concept to the jury, defending the project, feedback from other teams
- Debriefing and takeaways — analysis of team dynamics, discussion of roles, communication, decisions and collaboration, transferring insights to daily work
